How do you like the smoothies so far? Where can you get them? I love smoothies! I have a couple of recipes for smoothies that I like that are very low fat/low calorie. Some for energy others for a refreshing snack...

Hi Marie. I am actually drinking Right Size Smoothies 2 x a day and then eating dinner, no desserts(trying!) .. says in six weeks see dramatic results. THis is week 2 but I have to start exercising now and will begin using hte treadmill daily starting tonight and the ab roller.
