A lot of times lately I often feel as if I am just floundering around in life and haven't got much work done. Even thought I want to i just have not been able to concentrate enough. So I sat down and started making notes about Who I feel I am, at that moment and most of the time. And I found that my list was longer on the side of the things I know I am most of the time.
So what I did with this list is started to verbalize these things like 'I am a good mom' 'I am a worthwhile person' and things of that nature it helped change my mood. So this step for me is helping get the most out of life.
Something I also notice that life is not near as good as it can is when I don't take of myself I am not making the most out of my life.
For me Its quite simple to get the most of out of life is quite easy, Taking care of your self, Staying positive and when things get hard then reinforcing the good verbally to yourself.
Something I have mentioned is these affirmations verbally because when you think something you do hear it but when you say it and hear it it triggers different parts of your brain and it takes less time to get yourself believing.
