Thanks Tamara for starting this thread. I am mainly into Internet Marketing - affiliate marketing - and info product creation. I was in Direct Sales a couple years ago but I discovered that it is just not my cup of tea right now.

I am an internet marker like Marie. However my focus is on pregnancy and the early years of parenting. So I share information about these topics and share products with them that have helped me and I truly feel will help others.

I have tried direct sales as well but it is just not me.

I also dabble in Web design, wordpress help, and script installation I love that side of business and things but for now its not where I want to spend all my time at.

I am a Scentsy Independent Consultant. I got involved with Scentsy because I enjoy scented candles but was always concerned about having flamed candles lit in my home with my daughter around. Scentsy offered me a safer alternative and I thought, wow, this is really great and the market is so much broader than regular candles since Scentsy can be used in offices, dorms, etc.

Since then everyone that has seen it, loves it. I hear stories about house fires, exploding jar candles, jar candles burning down until they burn table tops, etc. With Scentsy my customers don't have to worry about that and they tell me what a great product we have.

So, I really feel like I am not just selling candles but also helping people have some piece of mind.
